Project-specific proposals, statements of work, invoices, or signed agreements may contain additional terms; where they conflict with these website terms, the applicable signed project agreement controls for that project.

ICB Services provides professional services that may include custom web applications, CRM platforms, SaaS products, dashboards, client portals, AI-enabled systems, automation, consulting, integration, and related business technology services. Website information is general and is not a binding project quote or guarantee.

2. Project Scope and Payment

Scope, pricing, milestones, delivery timing, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and payment obligations are established in the applicable proposal, invoice, order, or written agreement. Requested changes may affect price and schedule.

3. ICB Services SMS Program

Consent

SMS consent is optional. On our website, customer-care/project SMS and marketing/promotional SMS are presented as separate checkboxes that are unchecked by default. You can submit the contact form and purchase services without consenting to marketing or other optional SMS messages. Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you in SMS.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, project activity, and the type of SMS consent selected. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to any ICB Services text message to opt out of further SMS messages from that messaging program. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact icbservices@lymtlessmarketing.com or (305) 771-5440. After an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message.

Carrier Notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability can depend on carrier and network conditions.

Privacy

Our handling of mobile information and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone information or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
